Who we are

LSI Corp (Lifestyle Investment Corporation) is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). You can contact us about privacy matters at info@lsicorp.com.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect only what we need to respond:

• your full name and business name;
• your email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
• optionally, your industry, town, the service you are interested in and your preferred contact method;
• the description of your business problem that you choose to share; and
• your privacy acknowledgement and, if given, your marketing consent.

Our servers may also process technical information such as your IP address to protect the website against spam and abuse. We do not use this website to sell personal information.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss, scope and quote for the services you asked about.
• To keep a record of our communication with you.
• To protect the website and our systems against misuse.
• To send you occasional updates about our services — only if you ticked the separate, optional marketing box. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who we share it with

Your information is accessible only to authorised LSI Corp staff. We use carefully selected service providers (for example, website hosting and email delivery) who process information on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Some of these providers may store information outside South Africa; where they do, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection as required by POPIA. We disclose information to others only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law. If your enquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.

How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and other reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, damage and unauthorised access.

Your rights

Under POPIA, you may:

• ask whether we hold personal information about you, and request access to it;
• ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, out of date or no longer needed;
• object to processing of your information, including for direct marketing;
• withdraw consent you have given; and
• lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
