Accessibility Statement

Useful digital systems should be usable by everyone. That includes our own website.

Our commitment

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design and test with accessibility in mind, and we treat accessibility problems as defects to be fixed.

What we have done

  • Semantic headings and page landmarks, so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
  • A “Skip to content” link and full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
  • Text and interface colours chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast requirements.
  • Form fields with descriptive labels and clear, specific error messages.
  • Respect for your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
  • Responsive layouts that work on screens from 320 pixels wide, and support for browser zoom.

Known limitations

Some third-party services we link to, such as WhatsApp, are outside our control and may have their own accessibility limitations.
